These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by ROYALBIKEPARTS - Joachim Hartwig, (hereinafter ROYALBIKEPARTS to consumers). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order. By clicking the button [Buy / order for a fee] you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, you have to bear the regular costs of the return. In addition, the regulations that are detailed in the following cancellation policy-¹ apply to the right of cancellation. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [name of the entrepreneur, address and, if available, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision, to withdraw from this contract. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to (this may include the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods to be inserted) to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge weight-dependent shipping costs per order for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Deliveries are generally made with DHL. Domestic national shipments are usually with the recipient within 1 to 3 working days. The delivery times within the EU as well as internationally depend on the respective country. You can request the exact times directly from DHL. You can find out the exact duration of the shipment and an exact estimate of the delivery time using the shipment tracking service at DHL.

payment

Payment is made exclusively by PayPal, credit card or prepayment.

Payment in advance

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Paypal

If you choose the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the ordering process. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company and your card will be charged immediately after the payment order has been confirmed and after your legitimation as the legal cardholder.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full. The goods remain our property until full payment. For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; You assign all claims arising from this resale to us in advance - regardless of whether the reserved goods are combined or mixed with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you fail to meet your payment obligations.

The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are ready to settle disputes with consumers to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible consumer arbitration board is: Universal arbitration board of the Federal Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbübers-schlichter.de. To resolve the disputes mentioned, we will participate in a dispute settlement procedure before this point.
